Principles for Determining the SEC WFSRI Rating

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 WF Sustainable Responsibility Index(WFSRI)의 종합 평가결과를 바탕으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 객관적이고 일관된 기준에 따라 평가하여 결정하는 공식 책임경영 평가등급이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official Responsible Management Rating determined by comprehensively evaluating the Responsible Management performance of corporations and public institutions based on the results of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), using objective and consistent criteria.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 단일 평가항목이나 특정 지표만으로 결정되지 않으며, 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부평가지표(110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI)를 종합적으로 반영하여 산정한다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is not determined by any single evaluation item or specific indicator. It is derived through a comprehensive assessment based on the Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI).

 

 

등급 산정의 기본 원칙
Fundamental Principles of Rating Determination

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 객관성(Objectivity), 공정성(Fairness), 독립성(Independence), 투명성(Transparency), 일관성(Consistency), 검증가능성(Verifiability)을 기본 원칙으로 운영한다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is determined in accordance with the principles of Objectivity, Fairness, Independence, Transparency, Consistency, and Verifiability.

 

모든 평가 대상은 동일한 평가기준과 평가방법을 적용받으며, 평가 결과는 정해진 절차와 기준에 따라 일관성 있게 산정한다.

All organizations are evaluated using the same evaluation criteria and methodology, and rating results are determined consistently in accordance with established procedures and standards.

 

 

종합평가에 의한 등급 결정
Rating Determination through Comprehensive Evaluation

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 개별 평가항목의 결과를 단순 합산하여 결정하지 않는다. 각 평가부문과 세부평가지표의 종합적인 평가결과를 바탕으로 조직의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 경쟁력을 종합적으로 반영하여 최종 등급을 결정한다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is not determined by simply aggregating individual evaluation scores. Instead, the final rating reflects a comprehensive assessment of the organization's Responsible Management performance and sustainable competitiveness based on the overall evaluation results across all categories and indicators.

 

평가결과는 정량적 평가와 정성적 평가를 함께 고려하며, 조직의 책임경영 수준을 균형 있게 반영하도록 설계한다.

The evaluation considers both quantitative and qualitative assessments to ensure a balanced representation of an organization's Responsible Management performance.

 

 

평가의 독립성과 공정성
Independence and Fairness of the Evaluation

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 평가의 독립성과 공정성을 유지하기 위하여 평가와 심의 절차를 분리하여 운영하며, 모든 평가결과는 관련 규정과 절차에 따라 검토 및 확정한다.

To ensure independence and fairness, the SEC WFSRI Rating separates the evaluation process from the review process. All evaluation results are reviewed and finalized in accordance with the applicable regulations and established procedures.

 

평가 과정에서는 특정 조직이나 이해관계자의 영향이 배제되며, 동일한 기준을 모든 평가 대상에 공정하게 적용한다.

The evaluation process is conducted free from undue influence by any organization or stakeholder, and identical standards are applied fairly to all evaluated organizations.

 

 

등급의 유지와 재평가
Maintenance and Reassessment of Ratings

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 평가 시점의 책임경영 수준을 기준으로 부여되는 공식 평가등급이다. 평가 이후 조직의 책임경영 수준에 중대한 변화가 발생하거나 재평가가 필요한 경우에는 관련 규정에 따라 재평가를 실시할 수 있다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating represents the official Responsible Management performance of an organization at the time of evaluation. Where significant changes occur after the evaluation or reassessment is deemed necessary, a new evaluation may be conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

등급의 유지, 변경 또는 재확정은 SEC의 공식 평가 및 심의 절차에 따라 결정한다.

The maintenance, modification, or reconfirmation of a rating shall be determined through SEC's official evaluation and review procedures.
