7대 평가부문은 대외적으로 공개하며, 15개 하위 평가항목과 140개 세부평가지표의 개별 명칭과 내용은 내부 평가운영 자료로 관리한다.
The seven Evaluation Categories are publicly disclosed, while the individual titles and contents of the fifteen Evaluation Areas and 140 Detailed Evaluation Indicators are maintained as confidential internal operational materials.
2. 평가체계의 적용 | Application of the Framework
평가에는 해당 평가기간에 적용되는 승인된 기준을 사용하며, 평가대상자의 정치적 소속이나 지위에 따라 기준을 임의로 변경하지 않는다.
Approved standards applicable to the relevant evaluation period are used without arbitrary changes based on political affiliation or position.

2. 접근 및 변경 관리
Access and Change Management
비공개 평가자료는 승인된 평가업무 관계자에게 필요한 범위에서만 접근을 허용하며, 변경사항은 승인 내역과 적용 시점을 구분하여 관리한다.
Access to confidential evaluation materials is restricted to authorized personnel, and revisions are documented with approval records and effective dates.

Appendix G. Interim Evaluation Selection and Tie-Handling Rules
1. 중간평가 공식 명칭 | Official Title of the Interim Evaluation
중간평가의 공식 명칭은 「국민이 기억해야 할 국회의원 100인」으로 한다.
The official title of the interim evaluation is "100 Members of the National Assembly to Remember."
2. 선정 인원의 상한 | Maximum Number of Selected Members
중간평가는 국회의원 300인을 대상으로 실시하며, 평가결과와 선정기준에 따라 최대 100인 이내에서 선정한다.
The interim evaluation covers 300 members of the National Assembly and selects no more than 100 members under the applicable assessment and selection standards.
3. 동점자 처리 원칙 | Tie-Handling Principle
선정 경계점수에서 동점자가 발생한 경우에는 공식 의결된 동점자 처리규정을 적용한다.
Where ties occur at the selection threshold, the officially adopted tie-handling rules are applied.
동점자 처리기준을 적용한 이후에도 동점이 해소되지 않고 해당 동점자 전원을 선정하면 최대 100인을 초과하는 경우에는 선정 경계에 해당하는 동점자 전원을 제외한다.
Where a tie remains unresolved after applying the prescribed rules and selecting all tied candidates would exceed the maximum of 100, all candidates tied at the selection threshold are excluded.
4. 실제 선정 인원의 공표 | Publication of the Actual Number Selected
동점자 처리 결과 실제 선정 인원이 100인 미만으로 확정되는 경우에는 공식 사업명을 유지하면서 실제 선정 인원을 명확하게 발표한다.
Where the final number selected is fewer than 100 because of tie handling, the official program title is retained while the actual number selected is clearly announced.

1. 최종평가 공식 명칭 | Official Title of the Final Evaluation
최종평가의 공식 명칭은 「제○회 WFPL 제○대 국회의원 의정평가」로 한다.
The official final evaluation title follows the format "The Nth WFPL Parliamentary Evaluation of the Nth National Assembly."
2. 최종평가 운영주기 | Final Evaluation Cycle
최종평가는 국회의원 임기 4년을 기준으로 실시하며, 총선 직전년도 11월부터 12월 사이에 결과를 발표하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.
The final evaluation is conducted on a four-year cycle, with results generally announced between November and December of the year preceding a general election.
3. 시상 부문 | Award Categories
국회의원 의정평가 시상 부문은 대상(Grand Award), 특별상(Special Award), 최우수상(Excellence Award)으로 구분한다.

2. 이해상충 방지 | Prevention of Conflicts of Interest
