1. WF국회의정혁신지수(WFAPII)란?

WF국회의정혁신지수(WFAPII, WF Assembly Politics Innovation Index)는 세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL)이 국회의원의 의정활동과 정책성과, 공익적 책임 및 대국민 책임성을 종합적으로 분석·평가하기 위해 개발한 독자적인 전문 평가지수이다.

The WF Assembly Politics Innovation Index (WFAPII) is an independent and specialized evaluation index developed by the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL) to comprehensively assess parliamentary activities, policy outcomes, public-interest responsibilities, and accountability to the public.

 

2. WFAPII의 목적 | Purpose of the WFAPII

WFAPII는 국회의원의 의정활동을 객관적이고 체계적으로 분석하여 입법활동과 정책성과, 공익적 책임 및 국민대표로서의 책무 수행에 관한 평가정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.

WFAPII aims to provide systematic evaluation information on legislative activities, policy outcomes, public-interest responsibilities, and the fulfillment of duties as representatives of the people.

또한 국회의원의 의정활동에 대한 국민의 이해를 높이고, 의정활동의 책임성과 투명성을 강화하는 데 필요한 평가 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

It also seeks to strengthen the foundation for public understanding of parliamentary activities and promote accountability and transparency in legislative performance.

 

3. WFAPII의 평가체계 | WFAPII Evaluation Framework

WFAPII는 7대 평가부문, 15개 하위 평가항목 및 140개 세부평가지표로 구성된 종합평가체계를 적용한다.

WFAPII applies a comprehensive evaluation framework consisting of seven evaluation domains, 15 subcategories, and 140 detailed indicators.

평가는 국회의원의 입법활동과 정책성과뿐 아니라 공익성, 대국민 성실도 등 의정활동의 다양한 측면을 종합적으로 고려한다.

The evaluation considers multiple dimensions of parliamentary performance, including legislative activities, policy outcomes, public interest, and accountability to the public.

4. WFAPII의 활용 | Application of the WFAPII

WFAPII는 국회의원의 의정활동을 체계적으로 분석하고 그 결과를 국민에게 제공하기 위한 평가 기반으로 활용된다.

평가결과는 국회의원의 의정활동에 대한 국민의 이해를 돕는 참고자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 의정활동의 책임성과 공공성을 높이기 위한 논의에도 기여할 수 있다.

The White Paper on the WF Assembly Politics Innovation Index (WFAPII) is an official document that systematically presents the index's conceptual foundations, evaluation philosophy, framework, methodology, and operational principles.
