개발 목적

Purpose of the Index

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI))는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적이고 종합적으로 측정하기 위하여 개발된 평가지수이다. 이 지수는 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))를 기반으로 조직의 지속가능성, 공공성, 혁신성 및 책임경영 역량을 종합적으로 반영하도록 설계되었다.

 

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an evaluation index developed to objectively and comprehensively measure an organization's Responsible Management performance. Based on the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs), the Index is designed to reflect an organization's sustainability, public value, innovation, and Responsible Management capabilities in an integrated manner.

Concept of the WFSRI

 

WFSRI는 개별 평가항목의 점수를 단순히 합산한 결과가 아니라, 조직의 핵심가치를 종합적으로 분석하여 책임경영 수준을 하나의 지수로 나타내는 통합 평가모델이다. 이를 통해 조직의 현재 수준뿐만 아니라 지속가능한 성장역량과 미래 대응능력까지 함께 평가할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

 

The WFSRI is not a simple aggregation of individual evaluation scores. Rather, it is an integrated evaluation model that synthesizes an organization's core values into a single index representing its Responsible Management performance. The Index is designed to assess not only current organizational performance but also long-term sustainability and future readiness.

WFSRI는 SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators)), SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs)), 그리고 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)과 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)을 유기적으로 연계하여 산출된다. 이러한 구조를 통해 조직의 책임경영 수준을 다각적으로 분석하면서 하나의 일관된 평가지수로 제시할 수 있다.

 

The WFSRI is derived through the integrated application of the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators), the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs), the 6 Major Evaluation Domains, and the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars. This structure enables multidimensional analysis of Responsible Management while presenting the results through a single, coherent evaluation index.

WFSRI는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 비교·분석할 수 있는 기준을 제공하며, 장기적인 경쟁력과 지속가능한 성장역량을 종합적으로 평가하는 역할을 수행한다. 또한 평가결과를 이해관계자에게 명확하게 전달하고, 조직의 지속적인 개선과 전략적 의사결정을 지원하는 공통의 기준으로 활용된다.

 

The WFSRI provides a standardized basis for objectively comparing and analyzing Responsible Management performance across organizations. It supports comprehensive assessment of long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth capabilities while serving as a common reference for communicating evaluation outcomes to stakeholders and guiding continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

 

 

평가체계와의 연계

Relationship with the Evaluation Framework

 

WFSRI는 SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))의 평가결과와 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))의 분석결과를 통합하여 산출되는 최종 평가지수이다. 이후 WFSRI는 SEC WFSRI Rating의 부여와 SEC WFSRI Certification의 운영을 위한 핵심 기준으로 활용된다.

 

The WFSRI is the final evaluation index derived by integrating the assessment results of the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators) with the analytical outcomes of the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs). It subsequently serves as the principal basis for the SEC WFSRI Rating and the SEC WFSRI Certification.
