1. 인증 부여 원칙

Principles for Granting Certification

 

SEC WFSRI Certification은 객관성(Objectivity), 공정성(Fairness), 독립성(Independence), 투명성(Transparency), 일관성(Consistency)을 기본 원칙으로 운영한다. 모든 인증은 동일한 평가기준과 인증절차에 따라 공정하게 부여되며, 인증 여부는 공식 평가결과와 심의절차를 종합적으로 검토하여 결정한다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification is administered in accordance with the principles of Objectivity, Fairness, Independence, Transparency, and Consistency. All certifications are granted under the same evaluation standards and certification procedures, and certification decisions are made through a comprehensive review of the official evaluation results and deliberation procedures.

4. 인증의 유지 및 사후관리

Maintenance and Post-Certification Management

 

SEC는 인증 이후에도 인증의 신뢰성과 객관성을 유지하기 위한 관리체계를 운영한다. 인증을 받은 조직은 지속적으로 책임경영 수준을 유지하고 향상시키기 위하여 관련 기준을 준수하여야 하며, 필요한 경우 SEC는 관련 규정에 따라 추가 검토 또는 재평가를 실시할 수 있다.

SEC maintains a post-certification management system to preserve the credibility and objectivity of certification. Certified organizations are expected to maintain and continuously improve their Responsible Management performance in accordance with the applicable standards. Where necessary, SEC may conduct additional reviews or reassessments in accordance with the relevant regulations.

 

사후관리는 인증의 지속적인 신뢰성을 확보하고 책임경영 수준의 유지 여부를 확인하기 위한 절차로 운영된다. 이를 통하여 인증이 일회성 평가에 그치지 않고 지속적인 책임경영 개선을 유도하는 관리체계로 기능하도록 한다.

Post-certification management is designed to ensure the continuing credibility of certification and to verify the ongoing maintenance of Responsible Management performance. Through this process, certification functions not merely as a one-time recognition but as a mechanism that encourages continuous improvement in Responsible Management.

 

 

5. 인증의 정지 및 취소

Suspension and Withdrawal of Certification

 

인증을 받은 조직이 인증기준을 충족하지 못하거나 인증의 신뢰성을 훼손하는 중대한 사유가 발생한 경우 SEC는 관련 규정과 절차에 따라 인증을 정지하거나 취소할 수 있다. 모든 결정은 객관적인 사실과 공식 심의절차를 기반으로 공정하고 투명하게 이루어진다.

Where a certified organization no longer satisfies the certification requirements or where significant circumstances arise that undermine the credibility of the certification, SEC may suspend or withdraw the certification in accordance with the applicable regulations and procedures. All decisions are based on objective evidence and official deliberation procedures and are implemented fairly and transparently.

 

인증의 정지 또는 취소는 인증제도의 공신력과 신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 예외적인 조치이며, 모든 절차는 객관적인 증거와 적법한 심의과정을 거쳐 시행된다. 이를 통하여 SEC WFSRI Certification의 국제적 신뢰성과 권위를 지속적으로 유지한다.

Suspension or withdrawal of certification constitutes an exceptional measure intended to preserve the integrity and credibility of the certification system.
