1. 개요 (Overview)

 

SEC WFSRI 평가등급 및 인증체계는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI)) 평가결과를 객관적이고 일관된 기준에 따라 평가등급(Rating)과 인증(Certification)으로 연계하기 위한 공식 운영체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating and Certification Framework is the official system that links the results of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) evaluation to formal ratings and certifications through objective and consistent standards.

 

본 체계는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 진단하고 지속적인 개선을 지원하기 위한 목적으로 운영된다.

The Framework is designed to comprehensively assess an organization's Responsible Management performance and to support its continuous improvement.

 

평가등급과 인증은 조직의 사회적 신뢰와 지속가능한 경쟁력 향상을 지원하는 공식적인 평가결과로 활용된다.

Ratings and certifications serve as official evaluation outcomes that enhance public trust and strengthen sustainable organizational competitiveness.

 

2. 목적 (Purpose)

 

SEC WFSRI 평가등급은 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 나타내기 위한 공식 평가결과이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official evaluation outcome that objectively represents an organization's Responsible Management performance.

 

SEC WFSRI 인증은 우수한 책임경영 수준을 달성한 조직을 공식적으로 인정하기 위한 국제 인증제도이다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification is the international certification system established to formally recognize organizations that demonstrate outstanding Responsible Management performance.

 

평가등급과 인증은 조직 간의 단순한 순위를 결정하기 위한 제도가 아니라 지속적인 개선과 책임경영 문화 확산을 지원하기 위한 제도이다.

The rating and certification system is not intended to rank organizations but to encourage continuous improvement and promote the broader adoption of Responsible Management.

 

 

3. 기본 운영원칙 (Fundamental Principles)

 

평가등급과 인증은 독립성, 객관성, 공정성 및 투명성의 원칙에 따라 운영된다.

Ratings and certifications are administered in accordance with the principles of independence, objectivity, fairness, and transparency.

 

모든 평가대상 조직에는 동일한 평가기준과 인증기준을 적용한다.

The same evaluation and certification standards are applied consistently to all evaluation targets.

 

평가등급과 인증은 객관적인 평가결과에 근거하여 결정한다.

Ratings and certifications are determined solely on the basis of objective evaluation results.

 

어떠한 외부의 이해관계도 평가등급이나 인증결과에 영향을 미칠 수 없다.

No external interest or influence may affect the assignment of ratings or the granting of certification.

 

 

4. SEC WFSRI 평가등급 (SEC WFSRI Rating)

 

SEC WFSRI 평가등급은 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 평가한 공식 결과이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official outcome of a comprehensive assessment of an organization's Responsible Management performance.

 

평가등급은 조직의 지속가능성, 책임경영 역량 및 장기적인 발전 가능성을 종합적으로 반영한다.

The rating reflects an organization's sustainability, Responsible Management capability, and long-term development potential.

 

평가등급은 SEC가 정한 공식 평가기준과 심의절차를 거쳐 부여된다.

Ratings are assigned in accordance with SEC's official evaluation standards and review procedures.

 

평가등급은 인증 여부를 판단하는 중요한 기준으로 활용될 수 있다.

The rating may serve as an important basis for determining certification eligibility.

 

 

5. SEC WFSRI 인증 (SEC WFSRI Certification)

 

SEC WFSRI 인증은 평가결과를 바탕으로 일정 기준을 충족한 조직에 부여하는 공식 인증이다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification is the official certification granted to organizations that satisfy the established certification requirements based on their evaluation results.

 

인증은 조직의 책임경영 수준을 국제적으로 인정하는 공식적인 표시이다.

Certification serves as an official international recognition of an organization's Responsible Management performance.

 

인증은 객관적인 평가결과와 독립적인 심의를 거쳐 부여된다.

Certification is granted on the basis of objective evaluation results and an independent review process.

 

인증을 받은 조직은 인증기준을 지속적으로 유지하여야 한다.

Certified organizations are expected to maintain continued compliance with the applicable certification standards.

 

 

6. 인증 절차 (Certification Procedures)

 

SEC WFSRI 인증은 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI)) 평가결과를 기반으로 운영된다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification is administered based on the results of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) evaluation.

 

인증은 SEC가 정한 인증기준을 충족한 조직에 한하여 부여한다.

Certification is granted only to organizations that satisfy the certification standards established by SEC.

7. 인증의 유지 (Maintenance of Certification)

 

인증을 받은 조직은 인증기간 동안 책임경영 수준을 지속적으로 유지하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.

Certified organizations shall make continuous efforts to maintain their Responsible Management performance throughout the certification period.

 

SEC는 필요한 경우 인증기준의 유지 여부를 확인하기 위한 사후관리를 실시할 수 있다.

SEC may conduct post-certification reviews, where necessary, to confirm continued compliance with certification requirements.

 

사후관리는 인증의 신뢰성과 공신력을 유지하기 위한 절차로 운영된다.

Post-certification management is conducted to preserve the credibility and integrity of the certification system.

 

 

8. 인증의 정지 및 취소 (Suspension and Withdrawal of Certification)

 

인증을 받은 조직이 인증기준을 충족하지 못하거나 인증의 신뢰성을 훼손하는 중대한 사유가 발생한 경우 SEC는 인증을 정지하거나 취소할 수 있다.

SEC may suspend or withdraw certification if a certified organization no longer satisfies the certification requirements or if circumstances arise that materially undermine the credibility of the certification.

 

인증의 정지 또는 취소는 객관적인 사실확인과 독립적인 심의절차를 거쳐 결정한다.

Any decision to suspend or withdraw certification shall be made following objective fact verification and an independent review process.

 

SEC는 필요한 경우 해당 조직에 사실관계에 대한 소명기회를 제공할 수 있다.

Where appropriate, SEC may provide the organization with an opportunity to present explanations or supporting information before making a final decision.

 

 

9. 인증마크의 사용 (Use of the Certification Mark)

 

SEC WFSRI 인증마크는 SEC가 공식적으로 인증한 조직만 사용할 수 있다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification Mark may be used only by organizations that have been officially certified by SEC.

 

인증마크는 SEC가 정한 사용기준과 사용범위에 따라 사용하여야 한다.

The Certification Mark shall be used in accordance with the usage standards and scope established by SEC.

 

인증마크를 허위 또는 오인될 수 있는 방법으로 사용하여서는 아니 된다.

The Certification Mark shall not be used in any false, misleading, or deceptive manner.

 

SEC는 인증마크의 적정한 사용 여부를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있다.

SEC may take appropriate measures to verify the proper use of the Certification Mark.

 

 

10. 인증의 활용 (Use of Certification)

 

SEC WFSRI 인증은 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 입증하는 공식적인 인증으로 활용될 수 있다.
