제1조(시행일)
Article 1 (Effective Date)

본 규정은 2026년 1월 1일부터 시행한다.

These Regulations shall enter into force on January 1, 2026.

 

제2조(경과조치)
Article 2 (Transitional Measures)

2026년 1월 1일 이전에 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 수행한 평가 준비행위, 시범운영, 평가자료 수집, 평가기준 수립 및 기타 평가 관련 업무는 본 규정에 따라 수행된 것으로 본다.

Evaluation preparation activities, pilot operations, collection of evaluation materials, establishment of evaluation standards, and other evaluation-related activities conducted by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) prior to January 1, 2026 shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these Regulations.

 

 

제3조(규정의 개정)
Article 3 (Amendment)

본 규정의 개정은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)의 심의·의결을 거쳐 시행한다.

Any amendment to these Regulations shall take effect following deliberation and resolution by the SEC.
