5-1. 본 장의 목적
Purpose of this Chapter

본 장은 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 평가체계를 이해하기 위한 개요 수준의 해설을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

 

This chapter provides an overview of the WFSRI evaluation framework.

본 장에서는 6대 평가부문과 14개 하위항목의 목적, 평가방향 및 기대효과를 설명한다.

 

It explains the objectives, evaluation directions and expected outcomes of the six Evaluation Categories and fourteen Sub-Categories.

110개 세부지표의 공식 명칭과 구성은 「부록 2. WFSRI 110개 세부지표 목록」에 따른다.

 

The official titles and structure of the 110 Detailed Indicators are provided in Appendix 2.

세부지표별 평가방법, 배점기준, 증빙자료 및 심사기준은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 별도로 정하는 「WFSRI 평가지표 해설서(Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators)」에 따른다.

Detailed methodologies, scoring criteria, supporting documents and assessment procedures are separately provided in the Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators issued by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC).

 

 

제1평가부문 (Category I)

친환경 기술 개발 및 탄소배출 저감
Development of Eco-friendly Technologies and Reduction of Carbon Emissions

평가부문 개요 (Overview)

제1평가부문은 환경보호와 기후위기 대응을 위한 조직의 정책과 실행역량을 평가하는 영역이다. 조직이 친환경 기술혁신, 탄소중립 실천 및 지속가능한 환경경영을 통하여 미래세대를 위한 환경책임을 얼마나 적극적으로 이행하고 있는지를 평가한다.

Category I evaluates organizational policies and implementation capabilities related to environmental protection and climate action. It focuses on the extent to which organizations fulfill environmental responsibilities through eco-friendly innovation, carbon neutrality and sustainable environmental management.

친환경 기술혁신 및 탄소중립 실천
Eco-friendly Technological Innovation and Carbon Neutrality Practices

평가방향 (Evaluation Direction)

친환경 기술혁신과 탄소중립 실천을 통하여 지속가능한 성장기반을 구축하고 환경성과를 향상시키는 수준을 평가한다.

This Sub-Category evaluates efforts to enhance environmental performance and establish sustainable growth through eco-friendly innovation and carbon neutrality practices.

미래세대 환경보호 및 지속가능 투자
Future Generation Environmental Protection and Sustainable Investment

평가방향 (Evaluation Direction)

미래세대 보호를 고려한 환경정책과 지속가능 투자 활동을 통하여 장기적 지속가능성을 확보하는 수준을 평가한다.

This Sub-Category evaluates the extent to which organizations secure long-term sustainability through environmental protection and sustainable investment activities.

제2평가부문은 지속가능성을 조직의 경영체계에 내재화하고 ESG 운영역량을 강화하기 위한 영역이다.

Category II focuses on integrating sustainability into organizational management systems and strengthening ESG operational capabilities.

지속가능경영 체계 및 ESG 운영
Sustainable Management System and ESG Operations

평가방향 (valuation Direction)

지속가능경영 전략, ESG 운영체계 및 성과관리 체계를 통하여 지속가능성을 경영 전반에 반영하는 수준을 평가한다.

This Sub-Category evaluates the integration of sustainability into management through ESG governance, sustainability strategies and performance management systems.

제3평가부문 (Category III)

평가부문 개요 (Overview)

제3평가부문은 조직이 인권을 존중하고 평등과 다양성을 실현하며 미래세대를 보호하기 위하여 어떠한 노력을 기울이고 있는지를 평가하는 영역이다.
본 평가부문은 안전하고 건강한 조직환경 조성, 인권 보호, 사회적 약자 보호 및 미래세대 가치 확산을 통하여 지속가능한 사회 발전에 기여하는 수준을 평가한다.

Category III evaluates organizational efforts to promote human rights, equality, diversity and the protection of future generations.
It focuses on the creation of safe and healthy environments, protection of human rights, support for vulnerable groups and the promotion of values that contribute to sustainable social development.

안전·보건 및 건강한 조직환경 조성
Safety, Health and Healthy Organizational Environment

평가방향 (Evaluation Direction)

조직 구성원의 안전과 건강을 보호하고 지속가능한 근무환경을 조성하는 수준을 평가한다.

This Sub-Category evaluates efforts to protect employee safety and health while creating a sustainable working environment.

인권보호 및 미래세대 보호 실천
Human Rights Protection and Future Generation Protection Practices

평가방향 (Evaluation Direction)

This Sub-Category evaluates organizational policies and practices related to human rights and future-generation protection.

This Sub-Category evaluates activities that support character development, ethics and innovation capabilities for future generations.

Category IV evaluates the extent to which organizations cooperate with communities, fulfill social responsibilities and create public and community value.

평가방향 (valuation Direction)

지역사회와의 협력 및 공공가치 창출을 위한 활동 수준을 평가한다.

평가방향 (valuation Direction)

본 평가부문은 이사회 독립성, 감사체계, 윤리경영 및 지속가능 리스크 관리체계를 중심으로 조직의 투명성과 책임성을 평가한다.
The category focuses on board independence, audit systems, ethical management and sustainable risk management.
