Official SEC WFSRI Rating 2026 Structure
SEC WFSRI Rating은 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 평가결과를 기반으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 평가하여 공식 평가등급을 부여하는 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.
The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official Responsible Management Rating System that assigns ratings based on the evaluation results of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) through a comprehensive assessment of responsible management performance among corporations and public institutions.
SEC는 WFSRI 평가결과를 보다 객관적이고 이해하기 쉬운 형태로 제공하기 위하여 'SEC WFSRI Rating 2026' 공식 등급체계를 개발하였다. 해당 등급체계는 2025년 11월 1일 초안이 마련되었으며, 전문가 검토와 의견수렴을 거쳐 2025년 12월 26일 최종 확정되었다. 이후 2026년 1월 1일 공식 평가등급 체계와 인증마크를 공개하였으며, 현재 SEC의 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계로 운영되고 있다.
To present WFSRI evaluation results in a more objective and understandable format, SEC developed the official SEC WFSRI Rating 2026 framework. The initial framework was prepared on November 1, 2025, finalized on December 26, 2025 following expert review and stakeholder consultation, and officially released together with its Certification Marks on January 1, 2026. It is currently operated as SEC's official Responsible Management Rating System.
SEC WFSRI Rating은 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI)를 기반으로 평가가 이루어지며, 평가결과에 따라 다음과 같은 5단계 공식 평가등급을 부여한다.
The SEC WFSRI Rating is derived from evaluations conducted on the basis of the Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI). Based on the evaluation results, one of the following five official ratings is assigned.
AAA (Platinum Rating)
최고 수준의 책임경영 체계와 지속가능경영 성과를 갖추고 있으며, 사회적 가치 창출과 미래 대응 역량이 매우 우수한 기업 및 공공기관에 부여되는 최상위 등급이다.
The highest rating awarded to corporations and public institutions that demonstrate outstanding responsible management systems, sustainability performance, social value creation, and future readiness.
AA (Gold Rating)
우수한 책임경영 체계를 구축하고 지속가능경영 성과와 혁신역량이 뛰어난 기업 및 공공기관에 부여되는 등급이다.
Awarded to corporations and public institutions that maintain excellent responsible management systems and demonstrate outstanding sustainability performance and innovation capability.
A (Silver Rating)
안정적인 책임경영 체계를 구축하고 있으며 지속적인 개선 노력과 성장 가능성이 확인되는 기업 및 공공기관에 부여되는 등급이다.
Awarded to corporations and public institutions that maintain stable responsible management systems while demonstrating continuous improvement and future growth potential.
BB (Certified Rating)
기본적인 책임경영 체계를 갖추고 SEC가 정한 평가기준을 충족한 기업 및 공공기관에 부여되는 인증등급이다.
A certification rating awarded to corporations and public institutions that satisfy the minimum responsible management standards established by SEC.
B (Not Certified)
책임경영 체계가 미흡하거나 SEC가 정한 인증기준에 미달하는 경우 부여되는 등급이다.
Assigned to corporations and public institutions whose responsible management systems are insufficient or do not satisfy the certification requirements established by SEC.
SEC WFSRI Rating은 단순한 등급 부여를 위한 제도가 아니라 기업 및 공공기관의 자발적인 책임경영 실천과 지속적인 개선을 유도하기 위한 발전지향형 책임경영 평가체계이다.
The SEC WFSRI Rating is not intended merely to assign ratings. Rather, it is a development-oriented Responsible Management Rating System designed to encourage voluntary responsible management practices and continuous organizational improvement.
또한 SEC는 등급별 인증마크, WFPL ESG 인증제도 및 ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터와 연계하여 평가결과의 활용성을 높이고 책임경영 문화 확산을 지원한다.
SEC further enhances the practical value of evaluation results by linking the rating system with Certification Marks, the WFPL ESG Certification System, and the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center, thereby promoting the broader adoption of responsible management.
