세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, 이하 세계총연맹)은 지난 2007년 1월11일 설립된 '국제청소년연구원 (구. 국제청소년연구소, 초대 대표 이산하<李山河>)'을 모태로 한 비영리 정치적 중립기구로, 세계총연맹 부설 언론기관인 세계언론협회(WPA, WORLD PRESS ASSOCIATION)와 전국 17개 광역시•도 지부연맹 및 세계 각 국가의 지부연맹을 통해서 열정을 가진 청년인재들과 함께 사회의 구조적 모순에서 일어나는 위기상황을 해결해 나가는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 세계 각국 간의 교류와 협력을 통해 사회적 약자가 소외 받지 않고 참여와 소통의 문화가 확산돼 ’더불어 함께하는 세상'을 열어 가는데 가치를 두고 있다. |

평가철학
Evaluation Philosophy
국제정책연구원은 평가를 단순한 점수 산정이나 등급 부여의 수단으로 인식하지 않는다.
The International Policy Institute does not regard evaluation merely as a means of assigning scores or ratings.
평가는 조직의 현재 수준을 객관적으로 진단하고 지속적인 개선 방향을 제시하며 혁신과 책임경영을 촉진하기 위한 과정이다.
Evaluation is a process designed to objectively assess an organization's current status, provide guidance for continuous improvement, and promote innovation and responsible management.
국제정책연구원은 공공성(Public Interest), 독립성(Independence), 객관성(Objectivity), 공정성(Fairness), 투명성(Transparency), 책임성(Accountability), 전문성(Professionalism)을 평가의 핵심 가치로 삼고 있다.
The Institute recognizes Public Interest, Independence, Objectivity, Fairness, Transparency, Accountability, and Professionalism as the core values of evaluation.

WF Assembly Politics Innovation Index (WFAPII)
WF국회의정혁신지수(WFAPII)는 국회의원의 입법활동, 정책역량, 공익기여도 및 윤리성을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 의정평가 전문지수이다.
The WF Assembly Politics Innovation Index (WFAPII) is a specialized parliamentary evaluation index developed to comprehensively assess legislative activities, policy capabilities, public contributions, and ethical standards of members of the National Assembly.
평가체계는 7대 평가부문, 15개 평가항목 및 140개 세부지표로 구성되어 있다.
The framework consists of Seven Evaluation Categories, Fifteen Evaluation Areas, and 140 Detailed Indicators.

WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI)
WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 WFPL이 제시한 책임경영 철학을 기반으로 개발된 통합 지속가능 책임경영 평가체계이다.
The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated sustainable responsible management evaluation framework developed on the basis of the Responsible Management philosophy advocated by WFPL.
WFSRI는 공공기관 및 기업의 환경책임, 혁신역량, 지속가능경영, 인권과 사회적 책임, 건전한 지배구조 및 이해관계자 보호 수준을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다.
WFSRI is designed to comprehensively assess environmental responsibility, innovation capability, sustainability management, human rights and social responsibility, sound governance, and stakeholder protection in public institutions and corporations.
평가체계는 6대 평가부문, 14개 평가영역 및 110개 세부지표로 구성되어 있다.
The framework consists of Six Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Evaluation Areas, and 110 Detailed Indicators.

WF지자체혁신지수(WFLGII)는 지방자치단체의 행정혁신, 의정혁신, 교육혁신 및 지역발전 역량을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 지방자치 혁신평가 지수이다.
The WF Local Government Innovation Index (WFLGII) is a local government innovation evaluation index developed to comprehensively assess administrative innovation, legislative innovation, educational innovation, and regional development capabilities of local governments.
지방자치단체의 혁신성과 경쟁력을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다.
It is designed to objectively evaluate the innovation performance and competitiveness of local governments.
