4. 110개 세부지표
110 Detailed Indicators

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators)를 기반으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가한다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) objectively and systematically evaluates the level of responsible management of corporations and public institutions through 110 Detailed Indicators.

 

110개 세부지표는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories)과 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories)을 기반으로 구성되며, 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 종합적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.

The 110 Detailed Indicators are structured under the Six Major Evaluation Categories and Fourteen Sub-Categories and are designed to comprehensively evaluate an organization's policies, systems, operational frameworks, implementation performance, and continuous improvement efforts.

 

모든 세부지표는 객관적으로 검증 가능한 자료와 증거를 기반으로 평가하는 증거기반 평가(Evidence-Based Evaluation)를 원칙으로 하며, 기업 및 공공기관의 특성과 운영환경을 함께 고려하여 적용할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다.

All Detailed Indicators are applied in accordance with the principle of Evidence-Based Evaluation based on objectively verifiable information and evidence, while taking into account the respective characteristics and operating environments of corporations and public institutions.

 

110개 세부지표의 공식 명칭과 세부 구성은 '부록 2. WFSRI 110개 세부지표'에 따르며, 세부 평가방법, 적용기준 및 증빙자료는 'WFSRI 평가지표 해설서(Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators)'에 따라 운영한다.

The official titles and detailed composition of the 110 Detailed Indicators are provided in 'Appendix II. 110 Detailed Indicators of the WFSRI,' while detailed evaluation methodologies, application standards, and supporting evidence requirements are governed by the Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators.

 

 

5. 배점체계
Scoring System

 

WFSRI는 평가의 객관성(Objectivity), 공정성(Fairness), 독립성(Independence) 및 신뢰성(Reliability)을 확보하기 위하여 정량평가와 정성평가를 함께 적용하는 종합 배점체계를 운영한다.

The WFSRI operates a comprehensive scoring system that combines quantitative and qualitative evaluation to ensure objectivity, fairness, independence, and reliability.

 

평가는 공개자료(Public Information), 공식 공시자료(Official Disclosures), 기관 제출자료(Institutional Submissions) 및 기타 객관적으로 검증 가능한 자료를 종합적으로 검토하여 수행한다.

Evaluations are conducted through comprehensive reviews of Public Information, Official Disclosures, Institutional Submissions, and other objectively verifiable sources.

 

배점기준은 조직의 정책 수립, 제도 운영, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 수준을 균형 있게 반영하도록 설계되어 있으며, 평가과정 전반에 걸쳐 동일한 평가원칙과 기준을 적용한다.

The scoring methodology is designed to provide a balanced assessment of organizational policies, institutional systems, implementation performance, and continuous improvement, while applying consistent evaluation principles and standards throughout the evaluation process.

 

세부 배점기준과 평가항목별 적용방법은 'WFSRI 평가지표 해설서(Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators)'에서 별도로 정한다.

Detailed scoring criteria and indicator-specific evaluation methods are separately prescribed in the Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators.

 

평가결과 활용 및 환류체계
Evaluation Result Utilization and Feedback System

 

WFSRI는 평가결과를 단순한 점수 산정이나 등급 부여에 활용하는 것을 넘어 조직의 책임경영 수준을 진단하고 지속적인 개선과 혁신을 지원하기 위한 환류체계(Feedback System)를 운영한다.

The WFSRI operates a Feedback System that extends beyond the assignment of scores or ratings to diagnose responsible management performance and support continuous improvement and innovation.

 

평가결과는 조직의 강점과 개선과제를 도출하고, 지속가능성, 책임경영, 비재무 리스크 관리역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량을 종합적으로 분석하기 위한 기초자료로 활용된다.

Evaluation results serve as the foundation for identifying organizational strengths and areas for improvement, while comprehensively analyzing sustainability, responsible management performance, non-financial risk management capability, innovation capability, and long-term value creation potential.

 

SEC는 평가결과를 기반으로 비교분석 자료, 연구보고서, 정책자료 및 ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터의 분석 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 기업 및 공공기관의 지속적인 개선과 책임경영 문화 확산을 지원한다.

Based on evaluation results, SEC provides comparative analyses, research reports, policy resources, and analytical content through the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center to support continuous improvement and the advancement of responsible management among corporations and public institutions.

 

또한 평가결과는 SEC WFSRI Rating 운영, WFPL ESG 인증제도, 산업별 비교분석, 우수사례 발굴 및 연구·정책 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용되며, 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능한 성장과 장기 가치창출을 지원하는 발전지향형 정보로 기능한다.

Evaluation results also serve as the foundation for the operation of the SEC WFSRI Rating, the WFPL ESG Certification System, industry comparative analysis, identification of best practices, and research and policy development, functioning as development-oriented information that supports sustainable growth and long-term value creation for corporations and public institutions.
