공기업평가위원회(SEC, Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 공공기관·공기업·기업의 ESG 역량, 책임경영 수준, 공공성, 혁신성, 회계 투명성, 재무건전성 및 지속가능성을 종합적으로 평가하고 있으며, 평가결과를 객관적이고 투명하게 공개하고 있다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) comprehensively evaluates the ESG capabilities, responsible management performance, public value, innovation, accounting transparency, financial soundness, and sustainability of public institutions, public enterprises, and corporations based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), and publicly discloses the results in an objective and transparent manner.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 발표하는 평가결과는 단순한 ESG 등급이나 기관 순위를 의미하는 것이 아니다. 평가결과는 기관이 지속가능한 발전과 책임경영을 위하여 어떠한 정책과 제도를 구축하고 있으며 이를 실제 경영활동과 조직문화에 어떻게 반영하고 있는지를 종합적으로 진단한 결과이다.

The evaluation results published by the SEC do not merely represent ESG ratings or organizational rankings. Rather, they provide a comprehensive assessment of how institutions establish policies and systems for sustainable development and responsible management and how effectively these principles are reflected in actual management practices and organizational culture.

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance) 가치와 책임경영 원칙을 기반으로 인권(Human Rights), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics), 공동체가치(Community Value) 및 미래세대 보호(Future Generations Protection)를 통합적으로 반영하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI is an expanded responsible management evaluation framework that integrates ESG values and responsible management principles with Human Rights, Digital Ethics, Community Value, and Future Generations Protection.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가결과 공개를 통하여 책임경영 문화 확산, 지속가능경영 실천, 사회적 가치 창출, 공공성 강화 및 미래세대 보호에 기여하고자 한다.

Through the disclosure of evaluation results, the SEC seeks to promote responsible management, sustainable management practices, social value creation, enhancement of public value, and protection of future generations.

 

 

WFPL 공공기관·기업 ESG 평가 결과
WFPL Public Institutions and Corporate ESG Evaluation Results

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 「WFPL 공공기관·기업 ESG 평가」를 통하여 공공기관 및 기업의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능경영 역량을 종합적으로 평가한다.

The SEC conducts the WFPL Public Institutions and Corporate ESG Evaluation to comprehensively assess the responsible management performance and sustainability capabilities of public institutions and corporations.

평가결과는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 산출되며, ESG 요소뿐만 아니라 인권, 디지털윤리, 공동체가치, 미래세대 보호, 공공성, 혁신성, 윤리경영, 회계 투명성 및 재무건전성 등을 종합적으로 반영한다.

The evaluation results are derived from the WFSRI framework and comprehensively reflect not only ESG factors but also Human Rights, Digital Ethics, Community Value, Future Generations Protection, public value, innovation, ethical management, accounting transparency, and financial soundness.

평가는 6개 평가부문(Category), 14개 하위항목(Sub-Category), 110개 세부지표(Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators)를 기반으로 실시된다.

The evaluation is conducted based on six Categories, fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators.

평가결과는 기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능성 역량을 객관적으로 진단할 수 있는 참고자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 기관의 강점과 개선 필요 영역을 확인하는 데 중요한 기준이 된다.

The evaluation results may serve as objective references for assessing responsible management performance and sustainability capabilities, while also identifying organizational strengths and areas requiring improvement.

※ 제1회 WFPL 공공기관·기업 ESG 평가 최종 결과는 2027년 2월 발표 예정이다.

※ The final results of the 1st WFPL Public Institutions and Corporate ESG Evaluation are scheduled to be announced in February 2027.

 

 

 

연도별 평가결과
Annual Evaluation Results

 

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 연도별 평가결과를 공개하며, 평가결과와 함께 평가보고서, 통계자료, 분석자료 및 우수사례를 제공할 수 있다.

The SEC publishes annual evaluation results and may provide evaluation reports, statistical resources, analytical materials, and best practices together with the results.

연도별 평가결과는 공공기관 및 기업의 책임경영 수준 변화와 지속가능경영 발전 추이를 파악할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Annual evaluation results may serve as fundamental resources for understanding changes in responsible management performance and sustainability trends among public institutions and corporations.

향후 평가결과는 해당 연도 평가계획에 따라 순차적으로 공개될 예정이다.

부문별 최우수기관 및 우수기관
Outstanding and Excellent Organizations by Category

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가결과를 바탕으로 각 평가부문에서 우수한 성과를 달성한 기관을 선정하여 공개할 수 있다.

Based on evaluation results, the SEC may identify and publish organizations demonstrating outstanding performance within each evaluation category.

최우수기관 및 우수기관은 해당 평가연도에 우수한 책임경영 성과와 지속가능경영 역량을 달성한 기관으로 한다.

Outstanding and Excellent Organizations refer to institutions that have achieved superior responsible management performance and sustainability capabilities during the relevant evaluation year.

선정 결과는 평가결과 발표 시 함께 공개될 수 있으며, 기관의 우수사례 확산과 책임경영 문화 정착에 기여할 수 있다.

The selection results may be announced together with the evaluation results and may contribute to the dissemination of best practices and the promotion of a responsible management culture.

 

 

 

SEC 인증기관
SEC Certified Organizations

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가결과 및 인증기준에 따라 인증기관을 선정하여 공개할 수 있다.

The SEC may identify and publish Certified Organizations based on evaluation results and certification standards.

인증기관은 책임경영, 공공성, 윤리경영, 회계 투명성, 재무건전성, 지속가능경영 및 사회적 가치 창출 분야에서 우수성을 인정받은 기관을 의미한다.

Certified Organizations are institutions recognized for excellence in responsible management, public value, ethical management, accounting transparency, financial soundness, sustainability, and social value creation.

인증은 기관인증, 우수기관 인증, 책임경영 인증, 특별인증 및 기타 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 정하는 인증으로 구분될 수 있다.

Certifications may include Institutional Certification, Excellence Certification, Responsible Management Certification, Special Certification, and other certifications determined by the SEC.

인증기관은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 정한 평가기준과 인증기준을 충족한 기관으로서 책임경영 우수기관의 모범사례로 활용될 수 있다.

Certified Organizations may serve as exemplary models of responsible management practices.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가결과의 객관성, 신뢰성 및 활용도를 높이기 위하여 공식 평가보고서를 전자문서(Electronic Document) 형태로 작성·공개할 수 있다.

 

The SEC may prepare and publish official Evaluation Reports in electronic document format to enhance the objectivity, credibility, and practical value of evaluation results.

평가보고서는 공공기관 및 기업의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능경영 현황을 종합적으로 분석한 자료로서 다양한 이해관계자에게 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

Evaluation Reports provide comprehensive analyses of responsible management performance and sustainability conditions and offer valuable information to a wide range of stakeholders.

 

보고서에는 다음과 같은 내용이 포함될 수 있다.

평가결과 발표 이후에는 공식 보도자료, 언론보도, 인터뷰 자료 및 주요 홍보자료가 순차적으로 공개될 예정이다.

평가결과 활용 안내

Guidelines for the Use of Evaluation Results

 

평가결과는 기관의 ESG 역량, 책임경영 수준, 공공성, 혁신성, 회계 투명성, 재무건전성 및 지속가능성을 진단하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Evaluation results may be used as reference materials for assessing ESG capabilities, responsible management performance, public value, innovation, accounting transparency, financial soundness, and sustainability.

평가결과 및 인증 관련 명칭은 사실에 근거한 범위 내에서 사용하여야 하며, 평가결과를 왜곡하거나 허위로 활용하여서는 아니 된다.

Evaluation results and certification-related designations shall be used only within factual and verifiable limits and shall not be distorted or falsely represented.

또한 공기업평가위원회(SEC)의 명예와 신뢰를 훼손하는 방식으로 평가결과 또는 인증기관 명칭을 사용할 수 없다.

Evaluation results or certification designations shall not be used in any manner that damages the reputation or credibility of the SEC.

평가결과 및 인증의 활용에 관한 세부사항은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 별도로 정하는 기준 및 관련 규정에 따른다.

Detailed provisions regarding the use of evaluation results and certifications shall be governed by standards and related regulations separately established by the SEC.
