설립취지 및 목적

Purpose and Objectives

 

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, World Federation of Power Leaders)이 설립한 기업·공공기관 평가전문기관으로서 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가하기 위하여 설립되었다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) is a specialized evaluation institution established by the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL) to objectively and systematically evaluate the sustainability, responsible management performance, non-financial risk management capability, innovation capability, and long-term value creation potential of corporations and public institutions.

오늘날 기업 및 공공기관을 둘러싼 경영환경은 기후변화, 탄소중립, 디지털 전환, 인공지능(AI)의 발전, 공급망 리스크, 인권 보호, 사이버 보안 및 윤리경영 강화 등 다양한 변화에 직면하고 있다. 이에 따라 조직의 경쟁력은 단순한 재무성과뿐만 아니라 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출 역량, 혁신역량 및 미래 대응 역량에 의해 결정되고 있다.

Today, corporations and public institutions operate in an environment shaped by climate change, carbon neutrality, digital transformation, advances in artificial intelligence (AI), supply-chain risks, human rights protection, cybersecurity, and strengthened ethical management. As a result, organizational competitiveness is increasingly determined not only by financial performance but also by responsible management capability, social value creation, innovation capacity, and future-readiness.

SEC는 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하여 책임경영에 대한 객관적 평가기준을 제시하고, 평가결과의 신뢰성과 활용성을 제고하며, 지속가능한 발전과 책임경영 문화 확산에 기여하는 것을 설립 취지로 한다.

In response to these evolving demands, SEC was established to provide objective standards for responsible management assessment, enhance the credibility and usefulness of evaluation results, and contribute to sustainable development and the advancement of responsible management culture.

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 개발 및 운영

Development and Operation of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI)

SEC는 자체적으로 개발한 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 공식 평가모델로 운영하고 있다.

SEC operates the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), a proprietary responsible management evaluation framework developed through its own research and evaluation activities.

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators)로 구성된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI is a responsible management evaluation framework consisting of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI).

SEC는 WFSRI의 지속적인 연구와 개선을 통하여 책임경영 평가체계의 발전과 국제적 정합성 제고를 지원하고 있다.

SEC supports the advancement of responsible management assessment and international alignment through the continuous development and enhancement of the WFSRI framework.

SEC serves as an integrated responsible management platform that organically combines Evaluation, Analysis, Rating, Certification, and Research, supporting sustainable growth and the advancement of responsible management culture among corporations and public institutions.

SEC는 객관적이고 독립적인 평가를 바탕으로 투자자와 이해관계자의 합리적 의사결정을 지원하고, 지속가능한 사회와 미래세대를 위한 책임경영 생태계 조성에 기여하고 있다.
