SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 평가의 공정성, 객관성, 독립성 및 투명성을 확보하기 위하여 공개된 평가방법론에 따라 평가를 수행한다.

 

SEC conducts evaluations in accordance with publicly disclosed methodologies in order to ensure fairness, objectivity, independence, and transparency.

 

평가방법론은 평가자료 수집부터 검증, 분석, 심의 및 평가등급 확정에 이르기까지 평가 전 과정에 적용되는 기준과 절차를 의미한다.

 

Methodology refers to the standards and procedures applied throughout the entire evaluation process, from data collection and verification to analysis, deliberation, and final rating determination.

 

SEC는 평가방법론의 지속적인 개선과 정보공개를 통하여 평가의 신뢰성과 예측가능성을 높이고자 한다.

 

SEC seeks to strengthen credibility and predictability through continuous improvement and disclosure of its methodologies.

 

 

 

평가방법론의 기본원칙
Fundamental Principles of Methodology

 

 

SEC는 다음의 기본원칙에 따라 평가방법론을 운영한다.

 

SEC operates its methodologies in accordance with the following fundamental principles.

 

① 독립성

Independence

 

평가과정은 정치적·경제적 이해관계와 외부 영향력으로부터 독립적으로 운영된다.

Evaluation processes are conducted independently from political, economic, and external influences.

 

② 객관성

Objectivity

 

평가는 공개자료와 검증 가능한 근거를 기반으로 수행된다.

Evaluations are conducted on the basis of publicly available information and verifiable evidence.

 

③ 공정성

Fairness

 

모든 평가대상에 동일한 평가기준과 절차가 적용된다.

The same standards and procedures are applied to all evaluated organizations.

 

④ 투명성

Transparency

 

평가기준과 평가절차는 공개를 원칙으로 운영된다.

Evaluation standards and procedures are disclosed in accordance with transparency principles.

 

⑤ 전문성

Professionalism

 

평가는 전문적인 연구와 체계적인 분석에 기반하여 수행된다.

Evaluations are conducted on the basis of professional research and systematic analysis.

 

 

 

평가자료 수집
Data Collection

 

 

SEC는 공시자료, 사업보고서, 지속가능경영보고서, ESG 보고서, 공식 발표자료 및 기타 공개 가능한 자료를 활용하여 평가자료를 수집한다.

 

SEC collects evaluation data from annual reports, sustainability reports, ESG reports, regulatory disclosures, official publications, and other publicly available sources.

 

평가자료는 객관성과 검증 가능성을 원칙으로 활용된다.

 

Evaluation data are utilized in accordance with principles of objectivity and verifiability.

 

 

 

평가분석
Evaluation Analysis

 

 

수집된 자료는 ESG 평가체계 및 WF 책임경영지수(WFSRI) 평가체계에 따라 분석된다.

Collected information is analyzed in accordance with ESG and WFSRI evaluation frameworks.

 

평가분석은 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 종합적으로 고려하여 수행된다.

 

Evaluation analysis considers organizational policies, systems, operational structures, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement efforts.

 

 

 

WF 책임경영지수(WFSRI) 평가체계
WF Sustainable Responsibility Index Framework

 

 

WF 책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 SEC의 공식 평가모델이다.

 

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index is the official evaluation framework of SEC.

 

WFSRI는 다음의 구조로 운영된다.

 

The WFSRI operates through the following structure.

WFSRI는 ESG를 기반으로 공공가치(Public Value), 공동체가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영하는 통합 책임경영 평가체계이다.

 

The WFSRI is an integrated responsible management framework that incorporates ESG factors together with Public Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value.

 

 

 

사실확인(Factual Review)
Factual Review

 

 

SEC는 평가결과 확정 이전에 사실확인 절차를 운영할 수 있다.

 

SEC may conduct a Factual Review process prior to final determination of evaluation results.

 

사실확인은 평가자료의 정확성과 객관성을 확보하기 위한 절차이며 평가대상 기관 또는 기업은 사실관계에 대한 의견을 제출할 수 있다.

 

The Factual Review process is designed to ensure accuracy and objectivity, allowing evaluated organizations to submit comments regarding factual matters.

 

 

 

이의신청(Appeal)
Appeal

 

 

SEC는 평가절차의 공정성과 평가대상 기관의 권리보호를 위하여 이의신청 제도를 운영한다.

 

SEC operates an Appeal process in order to ensure procedural fairness and protect the rights of evaluated organizations.

이의신청은 SEC 이의신청 심사규정에 따라 심사된다.

 

Appeals are reviewed in accordance with the SEC Appeal Review Regulations.

 

 

 

평가등급 확정
Final Rating Determination

 

 

평가결과는 평가분석, 사실확인, 이의신청 검토 및 평가위원회 심의를 거쳐 최종 확정된다.

 

Evaluation results are finalized following analysis, factual review, appeal review, and deliberation by the Evaluation Committee.

최종 평가결과는 관련 규정과 정보공개 원칙에 따라 공표된다.

 

Final evaluation results are disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations and disclosure principles.

 

 

 

지속적인 방법론 개선

SEC는 평가체계의 안정성, 신뢰성 및 국제적 정합성 확보를 위하여 평가방법론을 지속적으로 개선하고 있다.

평가기준 개정이력 공개, 연구보고서 발간 및 이해관계자 의견수렴 등을 통하여 평가체계의 발전을 추진하고 있다.
