Overview of the Evaluation Framework

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가하기 위하여 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 한 통합 책임경영 평가체계를 운영하고 있다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) operates an integrated responsible management evaluation framework based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) to objectively and systematically assess the Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential of corporations and public institutions.

SEC 평가체계는 단순한 ESG 평가를 넘어 평가(Evaluation), 등급(Rating), 분석(Analysis), 인증(Certification) 및 연구(Research)를 유기적으로 연계한 통합 책임경영 평가체계로 운영된다.

The SEC Evaluation Framework goes beyond conventional ESG assessment and operates as an integrated responsible management system linking Evaluation, Rating, Analysis, Certification, and Research.

평가체계의 기본 구조

SEC 평가체계는 다음과 같은 구조로 운영된다.

SEC가 자체적으로 개발·운영하는 공식 책임경영 평가모델이다.

WFSRI를 기반으로 운영되는 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.

WFPL ESG Evaluation for Corporations and Public Institutions

WFSRI를 기반으로 실시되는 SEC의 공식 평가사업이다.

WFSRI Evaluation Structure

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 다음과 같은 구조로 구성되어 있다.

The WFSRI consists of the following structure.

• 6대 평가부문 (Six Major Evaluation Categories)

• 14개 하위항목 (Fourteen Sub-Categories)

• 110개 세부지표 (110 Detailed Indicators)

• 31개 핵심가치지표 (Core Value Indicators, CVI)

핵심가치지표(CVI)는 제080호부터 제110호까지 총 31개 지표로 구성되며, 책임경영, 공공가치, 사회적 가치, 혁신, 지속가능성 및 미래세대 보호와 관련된 핵심 가치를 중점적으로 평가한다.

The Core Value Indicators (CVI) consist of 31 indicators ranging from No.080 to No.110 and focus on key values related to Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value, Innovation, Sustainability, and Protection of Future Generations.

평가 거버넌스

Evaluation Governance

SEC는 사실확인(Factual Review), 이의신청(Appeal), 평가윤리(Evaluation Ethics), 이해상충 방지(Conflict of Interest Prevention) 및 평가결과 공표체계를 운영하여 평가의 신뢰성과 공정성을 확보하고 있다.

SEC maintains Factual Review, Appeal, Evaluation Ethics, Conflict of Interest Prevention, and Rating Disclosure systems to ensure the credibility, fairness, and integrity of the evaluation process.

SEC는 평가대상 기업 및 공공기관으로부터 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금 또는 기타 금전적 지원을 받지 않는 경제적 독립성(Financial Independence) 원칙을 유지하고 있다.

SEC maintains a principle of Financial Independence and does not accept evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, or other financial support from evaluated corporations and public institutions.
