The Official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework Developed by SEC

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 자체적으로 개발·운영하는 공식 책임경영 평가모델로서 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is the official responsible management evaluation framework independently developed and operated by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC). It was designed to comprehensively evaluate sustainability, responsible management performance, non-financial risk management capability, innovation capability, and long-term value creation potential in corporations and public institutions.

Background of the WFSRI

오늘날 조직의 경쟁력은 단순한 재무적 성과만으로 평가되지 않는다. 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics), 혁신가치(Innovation Value) 및 비재무 리스크 관리역량은 조직의 장기적 성장과 사회적 신뢰를 결정하는 핵심 요소로 인식되고 있다.

Today, organizational competitiveness is no longer measured solely by financial performance. Sustainability, Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, Innovation Value, and Non-Financial Risk Management Capability have become critical factors in determining long-term growth and stakeholder trust.

SEC는 세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL)의 책임경영 철학과 연구성과를 바탕으로 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성과 책임경영 수준을 보다 체계적이고 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 개발하였다.

Based on the responsible management philosophy and research achievements of the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL), SEC developed the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) to provide a more objective and systematic framework for evaluating sustainability and responsible management performance in corporations and public institutions.

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)의 기본 가치와 평가원칙을 포함함은 물론, 공공가치(Public Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영한 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI incorporates the core values and evaluation principles of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) while additionally integrating Public Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value into an expanded responsible management evaluation framework.

기존 ESG 평가가 조직의 현재 지속가능성과 비재무 리스크 관리 수준에 중점을 두고 있다면, WFSRI는 조직의 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출 성과, 미래 대응 역량 및 장기 가치창출 가능성까지 함께 평가하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계라는 점에서 차별성을 가진다.

While conventional ESG assessments primarily focus on current sustainability performance and non-financial risk management, the WFSRI is distinguished as an expanded responsible management framework that additionally evaluates responsible management capability, social value creation, future-readiness, and long-term value creation potential.

WFSRI Evaluation Framework

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators)로 구성된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI is a responsible management evaluation framework consisting of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI).

WFSRI는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 성과관리 및 기타 이에 준하는 사항 등을 종합적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있으며, 기업 및 공공기관의 특성을 고려하여 적용할 수 있도록 설계된 평가체계를 운영한다.

The WFSRI is designed to comprehensively evaluate organizational policies, systems, operational frameworks, performance management, and other related matters while taking into account the characteristics of corporations and public institutions.

SEC WFSRI Rating 연계

Integration with the SEC WFSRI Rating

SEC는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 SEC WFSRI Rating을 운영하고 있으며, 평가결과에 따라 AAA(Platinum), AA(Gold), A(Silver), BB(Certified), B(Not Certified)의 평가등급을 부여한다.

Based on the WFSRI framework, SEC operates the SEC WFSRI Rating system and assigns ratings of AAA (Platinum), AA (Gold), A (Silver), BB (Certified), and B (Not Certified).

SEC WFSRI Rating은 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출 성과 및 미래 대응 역량을 종합적으로 평가하여 부여하는 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official responsible management rating framework that comprehensively evaluates sustainability, responsible management performance, social value creation, and future-readiness capability.
