Overview of the Evaluation Framework
WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 개발·운영하는 통합 책임경영 평가체계이다.
The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation Framework developed and operated by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) to comprehensively assess the Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential of Corporations and Public Institutions.
WFSRI는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)의 기본 가치와 평가원칙을 포함함과 동시에 책임경영(Responsible Management), 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.
The WFSRI is an expanded Responsible Management Evaluation Framework that incorporates Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value in addition to the core values and evaluation principles of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance).
WFSRI는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators)로 구성되며, 조직의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 비재무 리스크 관리역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량을 균형 있게 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.
The WFSRI consists of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI), providing a balanced framework for assessing Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential.

Fourteen Sub-Categories
6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories)은 총 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories)으로 구성되며, 각 하위항목은 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.
The Six Major Evaluation Categories consist of Fourteen Sub-Categories, each designed to objectively and systematically evaluate an organization's policies, systems, operational frameworks, implementation performance, and continuous improvement efforts.
14개 하위항목은 기업 및 공공기관의 특성을 함께 고려하여 적용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 조직의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 비재무 리스크 관리역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량을 균형 있게 평가하는 역할을 수행한다.
The Fourteen Sub-Categories are designed to be applicable to both corporations and public institutions while taking into account their respective characteristics. They provide a balanced assessment of Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential.
각 하위항목의 공식 명칭과 세부 구성은 '14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories)'에서 정한 기준에 따르며, 세부 평가방법과 적용기준은 'WFSRI 평가지표 해설서(Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators)'에 따른다.
The official titles and detailed composition of the Fourteen Sub-Categories shall follow the established WFSRI framework, while detailed evaluation methodologies and application standards are governed by the Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators.
