6. 평가체계 구조
Framework Structure

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 평가체계의 일관성과 객관성을 확보하기 위하여 단계적 구조(Framework Structure)를 기반으로 운영된다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is operated through a structured evaluation framework designed to ensure consistency, objectivity, and systematic assessment.

 

평가체계는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories)을 중심으로 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI)로 구성되며, 각 단계는 상호 유기적으로 연계되어 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.

The framework consists of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI). Each component is organically interconnected to provide a comprehensive assessment of responsible management performance.

이와 같은 구조를 통하여 WFSRI는 조직의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 비재무 리스크 관리역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가한다.

Through this structured framework, the WFSRI objectively and systematically evaluates Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential.

 

 

7. 핵심가치지표(CVI)
Core Value Indicators (CVI)

 

핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 핵심 철학과 전략적 가치를 집중적으로 반영하는 핵심 평가영역이다.

Core Value Indicators (CVI) represent the core evaluation area that embodies the fundamental philosophy and strategic values of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

핵심가치지표는 제080호부터 제110호까지 총 31개 세부지표로 구성되며, 조직의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 미래 경쟁력을 평가하기 위한 핵심지표로 운영된다.

The Core Value Indicators consist of a total of 31 Detailed Indicators, ranging from Indicator No.080 to Indicator No.110, and serve as the principal indicators for evaluating responsible management performance and sustainable future competitiveness.

 

핵심가치지표는 다음의 핵심가치를 중점적으로 평가한다.

The Core Value Indicators place particular emphasis on evaluating the following core values.

공동체 가치 (Community Value)
혁신가치 (Innovation Value)
지속가능성 (Sustainability)

 

핵심가치지표는 조직의 지속가능한 성장과 장기 가치창출 역량을 종합적으로 진단하는 핵심 평가기준으로 활용되며, WFSRI의 차별성과 전략적 방향성을 가장 잘 반영하는 핵심 요소이다.

The Core Value Indicators serve as the principal evaluation criteria for assessing sustainable growth and long-term value creation, representing the distinctive characteristics and strategic direction of the WFSRI.

 

 

8. SEC WFSRI Rating

 

SEC는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI) 평가결과를 기반으로 SEC WFSRI Rating을 운영한다.

SEC operates the SEC WFSRI Rating based on the evaluation results derived from the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출 성과 및 미래 대응 역량을 종합적으로 평가하여 부여하는 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official responsible management rating system that comprehensively evaluates Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Social Value Creation Outcomes, and Future Readiness of corporations and public institutions.

 

평가등급은 다음과 같이 구성된다.

The rating categories are as follows.

 

AAA (Platinum)
AA (Gold)
A (Silver)
BB (Certified)
B (Not Certified)

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 단순한 순위 경쟁을 위한 제도가 아니라 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 진단하고 지속적인 개선과 혁신을 지원하기 위한 공식 평가등급 체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is not intended as a ranking system but as an official responsible management rating framework designed to objectively assess organizational performance and support continuous improvement and innovation.

 

평가결과에 따라 인증등급별 인증마크가 부여될 수 있으며, WFPL ESG 인증제도와 연계하여 운영된다.

Certification marks may be granted according to the rating level and are administered in conjunction with the WFPL ESG Certification System.

 

 

9. 평가대상 선정 원칙
Principles for Selecting Evaluation Subjects

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 기업 및 공공기관을 비롯하여 다양한 조직에 적용할 수 있도록 설계된 범용 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI is a universal Responsible Management Evaluation Framework designed for application to corporations, public institutions, and other organizations.

 

SEC는 평가의 공익성, 사회적 영향력, 연구 필요성, 지속가능성 및 책임경영 수준 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 평가대상을 선정하며, 모든 평가는 객관적이고 독립적인 기준에 따라 수행한다.

SEC selects evaluation subjects by comprehensively considering public interest, social impact, research needs, sustainability, and responsible management performance, while conducting all evaluations based on objective and independent standards.

 

평가대상 선정은 조직의 규모나 유형보다는 사회적 영향력, 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 이해관계자와의 관계 및 장기적인 가치창출 역량을 종합적으로 고려하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.

The selection of evaluation subjects is based not primarily on organizational size or type, but on social impact, sustainability, responsible management performance, stakeholder relationships, and long-term value creation capability.

 

SEC는 객관적이고 독립적인 평가를 통하여 기업 및 공공기관의 현재 수준을 정확하게 진단하고, 지속가능한 성장과 장기 가치창출을 지원하는 책임경영 파트너로서의 역할을 지속적으로 수행해 나간다.
